Task types

The task type controls which fields are shown when an entry is completed.

Requirements

• You are signed in as Owner or Leader when creating tasks. Employees see the type when completing entries.

Step by Step

1. Temperature: Enter a temperature in °C. If it is outside the target range, a Countermeasure is required.
2. Cleaning and Disinfection: Confirm completion. You can add notes if needed.
3. Contamination Check: Mark whether contamination was detected. If detected, enter a Contamination Description and you can create a linked contamination action.
4. Other: Simple confirmation tasks without additional fields.
